Beer & BMX
Jam
Its that time of the year again, the long sunny days
we have been blessed with for the last few month's are about to pack
up for the year and go on their hols and leave us with our worst
enemy. yep the cold, wet and miserable face of autumn is staring us
in the face and even worse, winter. So to celebrate the end of the
summer, the good folk at Cardiff skatepark decided to hold a
barbeque, why not hold a BMX jam at the same time. Knock up a few
ramps outside in the carpark as well as what's already inside and
see if the weather plays game................................ Click
here for the pictures and write up of the event, thanks to Denny

La
jam
The
recent BMX Jam at Cardiff skatepark went ahead as planned last
Sunday. unfortunately a lot of the French riders who were planning
to come over for the event could not make it. Despite this there was
still a good turn out of some real good up and coming Welsh riders
as well as some English guys. A lot of the locals were riding a lot
better than usual, due to the fact that everyone was cheering them
on as well as the live bands amping up the crowd. A lot of the
Swansea riders turned up and were pulling some good stuff. James
Hitchcox also turned up and helped to sponsor the event with
Oddyssey but ended up whipping Steve most of day. It was a good
day out and everyone went home happy. Expect a full write up
soon. For now you can check out welshsidebmx.com for a few pictures from the
event | |

Cardiff skate comp -
From stimulus'
site
Well I thought I'd get a quick update in sooner
rather than later as I know your all dying to know what happened on
the weekend. Without any bias I have to say the comp was great,
everyone seemed to have a top laugh, I mean, Chewie Cannon didn't
stop smiling all day, and he wasn't the only one. Brian Jones seemed
to be enjoying himself especially while nailing kickflip melons over
the driveway. The weather was barbecue standard issue, so next
year maybe that could be order of the day!........................Read
