Travel on the M4 until you reach the Llantrisant junction (Junction 34)
then follow the signs to Rhonda valleys, you will be on the A4119.
Along Dual cariageway staright across 1st roundabout
straight through traffic lights
right at roundabout before hospital
next roundabout straight across to caterpillar showroom
straight across cat roundabout
straight through next roundabout (coed ely?)
straight through next roundabout (tonyrefail?)
Turn right at next roundabout Porth up steep hill
All the way to the top of the hill, then down really steep hill to mini roundabout
turn right at mini roundabout then left onto one way system
oakdale pharmacy should now be on the left and you should stay in the left lane
Turn left just after the bicycle doctor
200 yards at the end of houses turn left into lane (just before the appollo pub)
if you miss the lane do a U turn at the roundabout then come down the road 30 yards and then turn right.
